Scent & Stillness - A Half-Day Autumn Retreat

As autumn’s glow fades and winter’s quiet draws near, we gather at a threshold in the year. Just beyond Samhain - the Celtic new year - this is a time to honour endings, turn inward, and plant gentle intentions for the season ahead.

We’ll begin in circle, drawing guidance from the herbal oracle and setting our intentions. Gill will then lead a perfume-making aromatherapy workshop, blending pure botanicals into a personal seasonal scent, along with a herbal tea mix to carry home as a warming ritual.

At midday we’ll pause for connection and a nourishing autumnal lunch, food that restores and comforts as the seasons turn.

In the afternoon, Lynsey will guide you through a gentle yin yoga practice with the healing touch of Reiki, followed by an autumnal Yoga Nidra with root chakra activation to ground, restore, and reconnect with the earth.
